Size Tips
If you end up choosing the wrong size, it's not a problem at all. We will gladly exchange the item for you. Just note, however, that in such a case the return expenses are covered by the buyer. To avoid such a scenario, make sure to choose the right size from the get-go. It is really easy. You just need to follow these simple steps:
Measuring: The easiest way to know the size of the neck, ankle or wrist is to measure it with a string. Take a string and wrap it around the neck, ankle or wrist. To ensure it's not too tight or loose, leave a gap which you feel will be comfortable and appropriate. Then measure the length in centimetres and you will have the right size.
Necklaces for Children: Please measure the child's neck in centimetres and select the correct size, ensuring it is not too tight or loose. For an excellent fit, leave a 2-3 finger gap.
Anklets & Bracelets for Children: Please measure the child's ankle or wrist in centimetres and select the correct size, ensuring it is not too tight or loose. For a good fit, leave a little gap (in most cases 1 finger gap). Please, make sure the gap is not too big so the anklet will not come off the feet easily.
Collars for Dogs and Cats: Please measure your pet’s neck. Allow one or two fingers for best fit.

Jewelry Bracelets: Please measure your wrist in centimeters and select the correct size, ensuring it is not too tight or loose.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Simple Procedure: With “Baltic Secret” you can rest assured you will never be stuck with the product you don’t like - you can always exchange it or ask for your money back. Whatever the problem is, just follow these three simple steps:
- Contact us at hello@balticsecret.com, explain the problem and point out the preferred solution: money refund or product exchange. Within 24 hours you will be contacted by our customer service team who will provide you with instructions for product return.
- Send the unwanted item back to us. Please provide your name, order number and your address.
- Once the item reaches our address, our customer service team will contact you once again: you will be informed about the processing of your refund or exchange.
No Excuses: For whatever reason or no reason at all, the buyer has a right to ask for a refund or a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs: If the product is faulty, the seller covers all the return shipping costs. If, however, the product is not faulty, but the buyer does not find the product to his or her taste, or wants to return it for whatever other reason, we can also exchange the product or process a refund, but the return shipment costs will have to be covered by the buyer.
Warranty: Most “Baltic Secret” products come with a 100 days warranty. Some exceptions apply. Specific warranty period for each product is given in individual product pages. The warranty period begins on the day of dispatch. A dispatch notification e-mail is sent to the buyer on this day.
Refund Method: The refund is processed in the exact same way that the product was paid for. For example, if the product was purchased using a PayPal account, the same PayPal account will be used to process a refund. If the buyer used a credit card, the money will be returned to the same credit card, etc.
48 Hours Rule: In the event of a refund, the money will be transferred to the buyer’s account in 48 hours after the item is returned to the seller. The buyer will receive an e-mail notifying that the item reached the “Baltic Secret” address.
Return Conditions: If the buyer wants to return the item, the amber product must not have been worn and must be packed in the original package. If the product came in a package with a special “Baltic Secret” verification tag, this tag must not be removed in the event of a return. This tag is placed on the more expensive jewelry items to avoid dishonest behavior on the part of the buyer. If the verification tag is removed or damaged, the product can no longer be returned.
